Stress?!?!

My name is Paige. I'm blogging about stress, how it triggers and how to deal with it. Stress is "a response of the body to any demand made on it; the arousal, both physical and mental, to situations or events that we perceive as threatening or challenging".
Most college students are under a lot of stress. From school work, working, finances, and being away from home. They could have the feeling of being over whelmed, unless they know how to cope with it. There’s a lot of school work for the 5-6 classes they have during a week. It’s hard to keep up with the in class and online assignments. Students could be working and going to school at the same time. Finances could be hard to deal with. Finding loans and scholarships could be a hassle to find and to get. Time management could help with school work and for students who work while in school. Set time for school work and sleep while trying to work and go to school. students also should set time for themselves so they don't get over whelmed. Students who are stressed because they are away from home they could always call home or even skype their families. Their are always vacations to see them and weekends.
Being a college student for the first time, I was stressed. I got over whelmed from all the work that I had to do. I just couldn’t get my time managed. I didn’t have a job and I wasn’t away from home and I was still having problems getting homework done. What worked for me was that I had to get my mind set. I had to organize my time by when to do certain assignments. That helped me a lot at the end of the semester. I got some of my grades up and didn’t fail. I’m coming into this second semester ready for all the work and studying.
